RingSide Boxing & Fitness is all about training hard and getting results, in a non-confrontational atmosphere.

-Our classes incorporate: partner work using pads, punching bag drills, and core exercises. All classes are contact-free, with the option to advance into sparring and fighting as your skills develop and depending on your goals.

-Our members range from young to old, and from exercise novices to professional athletes.

-Our trainers are Boxing Trainers as well as accredited Fitness Trainers, and will help you develop your Boxing technique AND fitness.

Stress is a big factor in the corporate world; it can affect your work and personal life, and can lead to obesity and even heart disease.

Studies have shown that boxing reduces stress better than other exercises because you use more aggression while exercising. Boxing also uses up adrenaline, which can help decrease feelings of anxiety at work during stressful times.

Business lunches and dinners can pack on the pounds quickly.

Boxing is one of the highest fat burning exercises you can do, burning up to 900 calories an hour, and if incorporated into a circuit training program can help you lose even more fat. This also makes boxing a great exercise for people with a busy schedule.
